She comes to destroy the peace.
Its not her business but she wants to be seen ,she is a disturbed soul
Her misery is greater than all other seeking company
Do not stand in her way,she comes with her entourage,
notorious for their unforgiving ways blurring my vision
For a second i loose it..control of my situation
I realise what she cant have she aims to destroy
Her intentions i cannot fathom her actions are intolerable
I wonder what goes through her mind as she wreaks havoc in my life's neighbourhood
I also wonder why she chose this exact moment,this particular time...why me
Was I in her way or an innocent by stander in the wrong place at the wrong time..
caught in this storm
Or perhaps she came here knowing i would be at this place in time
unprepared only to be trampled down
I must admit I did not see it coming,reports gave no warning
Finding myself in the midst of this crazy stampede of nature not at ease
Caught unawares,was i that unprepared..its not a good look in such situations might i add
No light ,no refreshing moments no sustaining nutrition...of the heart
Wondering when it will end before the darkness chokes me
Was all this drama necessary honestly.
The summer rain falls silently ,the Moon glows peaceful
A drizzle brings harmony but you come with brutality..
why not be like the sun..smile and move on...
but no not you that's not your nature...you go the whole 9 yards
Enough of you,back to me,with all this confusion
I try to find a solution to escape into my basement of sanity
calm appearing unfazed..waiting patiently for the storm to subside
All along plotting,thinking,planning.....
those three words mean the same thing but I am trying to emphasize
The saga continues as she sweeps so self assured,boasting of her might
Destroying a few more lives as she lingers in my life's neighbourhood
Finally she disappears into thin air,as mysteriously as she came
I say to myself,next time i will be well prepared
On my radar i will sense your existence ..as you slowly approach
Hurricane ,a severe cyclone travelling from its point of origin
Usually involving heavy rains and wind greater than 74 miles an hour!!!
